Greg Holland is a native of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgia State University. He also earned a Master of Music degree in Performance from Northwestern University where he was a student of Vincent Cichowicz. Mr. Holland is an active freelance musician throughout North Georgia. He is a member of the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra and has performed with the Atlanta Opera Orchestra and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, including an appearance in Carnegie Hall as well as performing on the Grammy winning ASO recordings of both the Verdi Requiem and the Berlioz Requiem. Also, with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra he has played many Chastain Park performances, including Tony Bennett, Diana Krall and the Beach Boys. His solo Church services (weddings, funerals, services) number in the thousands. He has over 40 years of private studio experience, including having held the position Instructor of Trumpet at University of North Georgia, Agnes Scott College and the University of Georgia
